The Wine Pages: Homebrew winemaking
The amount of different ingredients available for making wine is unlimited. The only thing limiting you is whether or not the resulting concoction will be palatably intoxicating, unpalatable or downright poisonous. Common sense will usually serve you well enough.
Here I have outlined some of my favourite ideas. Each link contains some comments and advice, so they could almost be described as recipes!
Do not let this stop you - anything can be used to make wine - if it is not moving, ferment it!
