The method for making your wine depends largly on the ingredient you choose. I have outlined a general method, but experience and books will tell you all you need to know.


The method splits nicely up into 3 sections. They are to be followed in order.


  1. Extract the flavour.
  2. Prepare the must for fermenting.
  3. Fermentation.
  4. Clearing and Finishing.
  5. Drinking.
