Throw the concept of a cookery book out of the window.

If you want step by step lists of ingredients, go look elsewhere. Our preferred method is to select an ingredient and make wine out of it by a fairly standard method.

This method allows you to muck around to your heart's content. You can use as much or as little of a particular ingredient as you chose. You can make a syrupy sweet wine, or a paintstrippingly dry wine.

  1. Ideas and suggested quantities of main ingredients can be found here.
  2. Once you have obtained the ingredients, and have all the required equipment follow the standard method to make your wine.
  3. Other ideas can be sought in the list of books.
